Tim Maher, Senior Vegetation Scientist

Tim has a deep interest in botany, ecology, and ecosystem restoration. At Corporate Carbon, he applies these interests to maximise carbon projects and improve environmental and social outcomes.

Together with the technical team, Tim uses his expertise in vegetation analysis, mapping, and remote sensing techniques to support best practice delivery of projects.

Tim has worked extensively in bush regeneration, environmental consulting and biodiversity offsets. Tim has contributed to ecologically sustainable development across a range of sectors, assessing environmental impacts and delivering biodiversity offset projects.

When not in the office Tim can be found hiking, swimming, or mountain climbing.

Tim has an MRes in Plant Ecology and a B.Adv.Sci in Biology from Macquarie University.
