Damien brings over 15 years of executive-level HR experience to Corporate Carbon, having worked in the Property, FMCG, and Telecommunications industries. Throughout his 25-plus year career, Damien has led numerous HR, projects and operational teams, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering excellence and collaboration within organisations. His extensive expertise in HR, project, operational and strategic leadership plays a pivotal role in advancing Corporate Carbon’s mission and goals.

Damien holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Graduate Diploma in HR and Management and is a Certified Practitioner of Human Resources (CPHR).
