Growing the team in light of unprecedented demand - Jai Anderson joins Corporate Carbon
Leading carbon project developer, Corporate Carbon today announced Jai Anderson will join the company as CFO responsible for Finance and Strategy. Jai brings to the team two decades of experience in the finance industry across treasury, capital markets, venture capital and funds management.
Corporate Carbon delivers climate solutions from project development to sale of credits, ensuring emissions reductions, carbon sequestration and co-benefits for the environment, individuals and businesses.
The team is being expanded at a time when the business is seeing unprecedented demand for capital investment in emissions reduction projects. Jai will be assisting Corporate Carbon as they scale their operations and nurture some of their highly innovative incubations, focused on decarbonisation which includes carbon capture and storage.
Jai Anderson comes to Corporate Carbon having worked previously across the advisory funding value chain at Hologram after spending nearly a decade at Rabobank looking after the bank's capital markets funding in Australia and New Zealand with formative roles at Meat & Livestock Australia, Sapien Ventures and Keiretsu Forum.

BACKGROUND
Jai Anderson has twenty years of experience in the finance industry with a proven track record of strategic funding transactions ranging from early-stage venture capital to large public multinational debt and equity executions. He was an early pioneer of sustainable bonds in Asian markets and has worked extensively with a number of highly successful cleantech and agtech companies.
Prior to joining Corporate Carbon, Jai has held investment banking roles at Rabobank, Goldman Sachs and UBS. With the last 10 years at the helm of Rabobank's Australian Funding team completing senior bond and equity issuances, which included some landmark transactions in the Australian, New Zealand and Asian markets.
More recently he has worked in venture capital with Fintech and Blockchain specialists Sapien Ventures and with one of the world's largest private investor networks Keiretsu Forum.
He spent a year working in the research, development and innovation area of red meat industry group Meat & Livestock Australia where he assisted in creating stronger investment ties with the sector which was aided by the interest in their carbon neutral 2030 program.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics from University of Sydney and an MBA (Executive) from Australian Graduate School of Management.
